AUVESY’s data and change management software, versiondog, is set to be a finalist for the GIT SECURITY award 2020. You still have until the August 23rd to vote!
An independent jury consisting of representatives from the German organizations BHE, TÜV, VDMA, and ZVEI as well as users have nominated versiondog for the final shortlist in the category “IT Security and Safety for Automation, Cyber Security.”
The versiondog data management system makes it easy for users to see if any changes have been made to control systems and shows in detail who changed what, where, when, and why. This protects users against unauthorized changes and cyber-attacks. If unauthorized changes are detected, the user will need to carry out a disaster recovery plan and revert back to previous versions.
This is the 15th national and international GIT Security Award. For more information see the GIT website.
Vote today for versiondog in category A. Voting is open until the August 23, 2019. All participants are automatically entered into a raffle for the chance to a win a state-of-the-art single-lens reflex camera!
